Prices above do not include the nutritional session and the full evaluation ($150 value). Half sessions are 30 minutes, plus a 15-minute warm-up (usually walking slow on the treadmill at about 3.5 mph) and a 5-minute cool-down. Therefore, new clients should plan for 50 minutes of exercise.

Small Group Training (SGT)

  • What is it?
  • Pricing

Small Group Training sessions are 30-minute workouts lead by Tyrus. These semi-private sessions run for 10 weeks at a time and are kept to a maximum of 4 people. The intensity is varied so beginner through advanced clients can participate together.

  • $250 — to purchase all 10 sessions in advance and guarantee yourself a spot every week.
  • $30 — to book an individual SGT session when space is available.
  • $15 — is all you’ll pay to try out your first SGT session.

    Less expensive than regular personal training sessions- as low as $25.  Try your first single session for only $15!

    Unlike bootcamps and large group classes, you won’t get lost in the crowd. Each exercise is modified to suite your individual ability, ensuring maximum benefit.

    SGT sessions are progressive interval workouts that develop upper body, leg and core strength. We also incorporate cardiovascular exercise into the sessions to increase total calorie expenditure.

    Feel motivated and inspired by the people exercising around you. We can create a custom SGT for you and your friends.

  • Make it an hour workout:

    You can use our cardio machines for 30-minutes before or after your SGT sessions.

We currently offer two TRX Training options:

  • TRX + Rope

    How TRX + Rope Works

    Battle ropes are a great cardiovascular workout – you’ll quickly build endurance, as well as core and leg strength – AND you need no prior experience with rope swinging to quickly develop this skill (most people haven’t done it since the 3rd grade). In between Rope intervals you’ll use the TRX to strengthen the muscles of your upper and lower body, as well as your core. The TRX is a fantastic tool because every exercise you can do with it is modifiable to meet your specific ability level.

  • TRX + Cardio

    How TRX + Cardio Works

    TRX & Cardio takes advantage of a wide array of cardio options – limited only by the imaginations of Tyrus. In between cardio intervals, you’ll use the TRX to build lean muscle – this is a fantastic full-body workout that can be easily adapted to fit the needs of all ability levels.
